1. Academy FAQs
My English level is low. Can I join?
If you can understand me when I speak your English is good enough to join.
My English level is advanced. Can I join?
In my experience, even my advanced students are missing many of the Power Words. And when they make their foundation stronger, everything else improves as a result.
I’m busy. Will I benefit from the program if I don’t have time every day?
No. To benefit from the lessons, you must use them every day. But, if you only have five minutes, that’s enough to see results. Of course, fifteen minutes is better. But each lesson is designed to be flexible so they work if you have five or fifteen minutes.
How many words will I learn?
Each Hook Lesson focuses on one new Power Word. You get one new Hook Lesson a day. But when you do the lessons you actually learn other words which are in the lesson.
What if I'm busy and can't attend the live meetings?
You will get a link to watch the recording.
What about speaking?
In the live meetings which are twice a month you will have the opportunity to speak with me and other members. Plus, you will receive invitations to join other speaking programs.
3. Billing FAQs
What happens after one year? Will you charge my credit card again?
After one year, you will get several emails asking if you want to contiue for another year. If you don't want to continue, you can cancel inside the members area or send me an email and your card will not be charged again. If you want to continue for another year at the same discount price, do nothing and your card will be automatically charged again. If for some reason you forget to cancel and are charged again, send me an email and I'll return your payment.
I don’t have Euros. How can I pay?
When you make a payment, your credit card company or bank automatically converts your currency into Euros.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or a bank debit card.
How do I pay if I don’t have a credit card?

I live in a different time zone. How will I join the meetings?
When you want to join a meeting you will see the time in your local time zone.
The meetings will not always be on the same day or at the same time. Our members live all over the world, so I like to change the days and times so everyone will have a chance to join.
If you can not make the meeting you will get a link to watch the recording.
Do I need any special equipment or software?
All you need is an internet connection and a smart phone or laptop. For the live trainings, practice and feedback sessions we’ll use a software program called Zoom, which is a free download and simple to use.
Can I ask for my money back if I don’t like it?
Yes, if you're not satisfied with your results, within 60 days you can write to Claudia and she'll send you a complete refund. Her email is: claudia@mrvig.com.
I don’t live in America. Can I sill join?
Yes, you can join from anywhere in the world.
